Wallingford Property Professional Recognised For Training Excellence

A Wallingford based estate agent has secured a nationally recognised industry qualification, and has joined the growing number of qualified agents across the UK to do so.

David Rayfield of Lesters has passed the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP) Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property, the industry standard for all agents working in this area. It is the required qualification for entry to the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA).

David who after graduating with a degree in Business and Property returned to the area and has been working as an estate agent in Wallingford for two and a half years. As the youngest member of the Wallingford team at the ripe old age of twenty three, his positive outlook and enthusiasm for the Wallingford market is a breath of fresh air.
He said: 'I decided to start my studies because of Julian and James' (The Directors) encouragement for us as members of staff to further ourselves within the industry, and I am thrilled to have secured the Technical Award'

'For me, it is evidence of our professionalism and shows our clients that they are dealing with someone who is knowledgeable and that they can trust us to do a good job.'

The NAEA operates alongside three of the property sector's other leading professional bodies: The Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA), the National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers (NAVA), and the Institution of Commercial & Business Agents (ICBA).

The NFOPP Awarding body is accredited by the governments Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulator (OFQUAL) and offers nationally recognised qualifications across all disciplines in the property sector.
