Why we like it:
This four bedroom detached property has been lived in by the current owners for the last thirty five years and in this period the property has undergone several improvements. An extension at the side provides and extra reception room and there is a large porch at the front. The property is in a great location on the estate in Crowmarsh and is tucked away in a traffic free location. There are mature gardens on all sides which affords the property a great deal of privacy. The kitchen breakfast room has been improved to offer a great deal of storage space and a separate area for a dining table.
What it offers:
Large 10ft porch leading to a hallway with access to the Kitchen/Breakfast and living rooms. Adapted for their current use the living room extension has a shower room with handbasin. Four bedrooms upstairs (two with fitted wardrobes) and a bathroom. Outside the front garden is mainly lawn with a picket fence against the walkway the gardens stretch to the side. The rear and side gardens have closed lapped fencing surrounding with a separate outhouse and summerhouse with light and power.
